Quilt Security
We will contact you when we receive your Quilt &/or Work Order to ensure all the details are correct before we begin work.
Your quilts are unpacked and placed in air sealed containers until their place in the quilting schedule is open. At specified time they are prepared, quilted, finished, and readied as per Work Order for return shipping/delivery as directed.
We always treat your quilt with care and consideration.
Quality Assurance
We use only the best quality products to assist you with your projects and use Australian made products wherever possible. Quick Quilt is a non-smoking environment.
Quilt Backing Washing Service
If you request your quilt backing to be washed, we use a low allergy detergent followed by a rainwater rinse and air-dry process. If pressing is required, we use scent free products.
E2E Service and Turnaround Time
We currently only offer E2E (Edge to Edge) designs on the Long Arm. We will endeavour to ship within 14 days, however on occasions i.e., seasonal events, this timeframe may differ from that specified. This is mostly evident when quilts require our services for washing or binding.
If we are unable to contact you to confirm quilting details prior to quilting, this will inevitably delay this process.
Custom Quilting
Currently we are not offering Custom Quilting. Please see updated information when available on our website and/or Facebook page.
Binding Service
We provide this service as per your Work Order form. If no binding material is provided, we will use the backing fabric as binding. Binding is machine finished.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made by Direct Bank Deposit; Visa; Cash or by special arrangements. Finished quilts will remain with us until final payment has been received.
Return Shipment (Delivery)
We will return your quilt where appropriate, via Australia Post (with Tracking). If you would like to ship a finished quilt directly to a third party (as a gift), we will forward the receipt separately to you.
Refunds
As professional longarm quilters, we will assist you in selecting appropriate batting, backing fabric, thread colour and quilting designs, where necessary, however the choices you make are yours, therefore no returns or refunds will be considered.
